The Paul McGinley Cup​

​As the junior golfing season draws to a close, the prize giving for the Paul McGinley Cup took place on Sunday evening after Dunfanaghy’s exciting win in the Donegal Youth Match play.
 
The Paul McGinley Cup is Dunfanaghy’s junior match play competition. Due to the large entry this season, a cadets section was contested running alongside the main draw.
 
Thanks goes to Mick McGinley who very kindly presented the boys with their trophies and medals after sharing some very wise words of advice with them.
 
Special thanks must go to the people who give freely of their time and energy throughout the year making junior golf in Dunfanaghy so vibrant – James Sweeney Snr, Paul Kelly, Jonny McClintock, not forgetting the unsung Saturday morning double act of Brian Dolan and Daniel McColgan – Thank you!
