Visitors are always welcome at Dunfanaghy Golf Club, both on and off the course. Please see our green-fee rates and information for societies below. Local PGA Professional, Seamus McMonagle gives us a tip for every tee-box to guide your drives to the right spot on the fairway.

​Trustee Four

​1. Aim straight at the steel bridge beyond the green.

​The Burn

​2. Play to the left hand side of the bushes at back of green. Hit half a club more than the yardage.

​3. There is a small white hut in the distance up the left hand side of  fairway. That is your line.

4. Hit  your tee shot at the steel bridge straight ahead. Big hitters may not need driver here. ​​

​​5. Drive your ball at the small bush straight ahead of you.

​6. Start you ball just left of the green with your tee shot and let the slope do the work.

​7. Keep to the right hand side of the green at this tough par 3.

​8. A blind tee shot. Pick a line over the highest part of the mound. Driver is not needed here.

​The Beat

​9. This hole plays half a club shorter than the yardage. Don't get distracted by the scenery.

​10. Aim for the house in the distance with the red door. The green is driveable for big hitters.

​11. Start your tee shot  five yards left of the bridge for the best line into a tricky green.

​12. Off the back tee, the right hand side of the clubhouse in the distance is a good line.

13. Play an extra club to be sure of clearing the water hazard at the front of the green.

14. A ball struck at the right hand side of the clubhouse should see you in good shape.

15. Aim for the bunker in front of the green - its far enough away - you will never hit it.

​16. Your target at this mighty par 5 is the Gorse bushes at the top of the hill.

17. The right hand side of the gable end of the large white house behind the green is a good line. ​
