Results for Week ending 2nd April

Another busy week at the club this week with a variety of both club and inter-club competitions taking place. Saturday saw the Gaeltacht Alliance Finals at Portsalon, the prize winners for Dunfanaghy were:

Sunday brought the first Ulster Cup match of the season for Dunfanaghy, at home against Silverwood GC from County Armagh. Matches were tight all around with Dunfanaghy eventually coming through with a 7-0 win. The return leg will follow in late April.
At home it was high scoring week. Sunday's competition was very close with Liam McBride just edging ahead of Anthony Gallagher both finishing on 41 points. Derek Porter finished third on 40 points. Congratulations to Derek who had a 'Hole in One' on the second hole.

With the Masters Golf on this week, the club will be showing the coverage on the big screen in the clubhouse so don't miss out on seeing all the action!
