James & Bruce take Ulster U14 Roles

Golf Ireland has announced the Interprovincial Captains and Managers for 2022 and 2023.

Dunfanaghy Golf Club members feature prominently in the recent announcements with James Sweeney taking the role of Ulster Boys Under 14 Manager and Bruce Hogg the role of Ulster Boys Under 14 Captain. We wish them well in their new roles.

Each role is for a two-year term, and comes as the venue for the 2022 Underage Interprovincial Championships is revealed as Hilton Templepatrick

Golf Ireland’s Director of Championships Mark Wehrly said: “We are indebted to Hilton Templepatrick for making their fantastic facilities available for these events, which are of immense strategic importance to Golf Ireland.

“Hilton Templepatrick has demonstrated its pedigree in recent years by playing host to the Four Nations Under-16 Development Matches in 2012 and 2016.

​We look forward to seeing James and Bruce at Hilton Templepatrick alongside some of Dunfanaghy’s rising young stars this season!
