Daniel's Double

Sean Quinn's Captain's Day got off to a soggy start. Fortunately the weather improved as the day went on. The play off was played in beautiful evening sunshine. President's Day champion, Daniel Devine put himself in pole position with a opening nett 61 and held his nerve during the play-off to win the Captain's Prize, completing an incredible double which Daniel had predicted in his President's Prize victory speech. For the second time this season, Daniel 'shot the bar'. Well done Daniel!
